On October 25, Carly was honored with a Citation from the  Commonwealth of Pennsylvania presented to her by York County Representative Ron Miller.  She was invited by Senator Mike Waugh to speak to the Senate about the Distinguished Young Women program and her experiences.  Carly was wonderfully received by the House of Representatives and Senate on this very special day.
